Palettes by Winesburg is a collection of fine dining furniture – chairs, benches, bar stools, tables and cases – completely handcrafted in Dundee, Ohio, in the Heartland of America. They emphasize "casual but elegant" styles from traditional to the eclectic, all produced with superior craftsmanship and produced efficiently from our own timber that we harvest ourselves. Our family has been growing and processing timber for generations. Someone in our family is involved with every step of the production, from planting the seedling to putting that last touch on the heirloom quality furniture we handcraft for you.
Palettes By Winesburg needed a solution to make their product stand out in furniture stores all across the US and Canada. That solution was the Palettes By Winesburg Design Center, an interactive kiosk that puts the ability to design your custom table, chairs and buffet in 3D at the tip of your fingers.
With the interactive touch screen, customers are able to choose the stain or paint color, leg style, upholstery fabric and table base of their heirloom quality dining set, right in the furniture store. They can even add their created furniture to a wish list and email it to themselves for later reference.
The Design Center was a hit, and has shipped to 140 (and counting) furniture stores in North America including our store Lincoln Interiors in beautiful (Virgil) Niagara-on-the-Lake. Come visit our showroom and see for yourself how interactive and amazing our new design centre is.
